Tifosi Optics helped Bob Mauragas get ready for his close up on Thursday, June 19th as he guest commentated for the Golf Channel during the 2008 PGA Professional National Championship held at Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Ga.

As Vice President of Golf Operations for Reynolds Plantation, Bob has been working closely with the organizers of the PGA Professional National Championship for months as he and his dedicated staff, including 18 PGA professionals, prepared to host a field of more than 300 PGA professionals, media and family members June 19-22.

Both Bob’s commentary and the event were a resounding success complete with an incredible hole-in-one by Brad Martin during round two of play and a well-deserved win by Scott Herbert, whose wife gave birth just two weeks prior to the Championship. The top 20 finishers from this event have earned spots in the PGA Championship in August.
